Information required when registering an account:

• Date of birth (required to verify the 18+ age limit)
• Active mobile number
• Email address (optional, but recommended for account recovery)
• Mobile Pay/Nagad/Rocket account details (for payments)

Each person may only register one account. If the same individual is found to have opened multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be immediately closed and any bonus balance will be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Any bets or transactions made from your account will be considered your own, unless you notify us immediately of unauthorized access or account theft.

To participate on 1xpet online, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You are not residing in a country where online betting is fully prohibited
• You are of sound mind and are using the platform of your own free will
• You are not an employee of 1xpet online or an immediate family member of one

We may request a copy of your National ID or passport for age verification at any time. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified timeframe, your account may be temporarily suspended.

Before placing bets on 1xpet online, please make sure you understand the following rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless the Cash Out feature is available.
• If a bet is accepted due to a technical error, 1xpet online reserves the right to void that bet.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the original stake will be refunded.
• In live betting, odds change in real time. Bets must be confirmed before the odds update.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳10, and the maximum limit varies based on your account level and the event.
• In accumulator bets, all selected events must win. If any one of them loses, the entire bet is void.

If 1xpet online detects any unusual patterns in betting activity — such as odds exploitation or automated bets placed via software — the account in question will be investigated and may be suspended.

Deposits and withdrawals on 1xpet online can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Key payment terms include:

• Minimum deposit: ৳50
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳100
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15–30 minutes.
• Identity verification may be required for large withdrawals (above ৳50,000)
• Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile number used for the deposit.
• Payment gateway fees for deposits are covered by 1xpet online — no additional charges to the user.

If a deposit does not appear in your wallet due to a technical issue, please contact support with your transaction ID. The matter will be resolved within 24 hours.

1xpet online offers a range of bonuses for both new and existing users. The following terms apply to claiming and using bonuses:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit (up to ৳10,000).
• Wagering Requirements: To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered at least 5 times.
• Duration: Bonus funds not used within 30 days of being credited will be forfeited.
• Single use: Each promotion is available once per person.
• Bonus Withdrawal Restriction: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn without first meeting the wagering requirements.

1xpet online reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus promotion at any time. If a user is found abusing the bonus system — for example, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts — their account will be closed.

The following rules apply when using the lottery section on 1xpet online:

• Lottery draws are conducted according to a set schedule, and results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• Lottery tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
• Winnings are automatically credited to your wallet.
• Identity verification is mandatory to claim large prizes (over ৳1,00,000).
• Lottery results are final and no disputes will be accepted.

1xpet online believes betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage all users to play responsibly.

• Unauthorized access to another person's account

• Involvement in match-fixing or other fraudulent activities

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact support. Any valid deposited funds will be returned once all verifications are complete.

1xpet online reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified before any changes take effect.

Continued use of 1xpet online after updated terms have been published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, please submit a request to close your account.
